Good customer service. Reggie walked us though the entire process. They did a great job!!!

We entrusted Reggie to oversee the total replacement of our roof and he did a wonderful job managing the project. His professionalism, promptness and attention to detail and time he took to explain each phase of the project reassured us as home owners that we chose the right company. We are very satisfied with our roof and have received several compliments.

Reggie was awesome, was there every step of the way, each time our insurance told us they would not do our roof. Pro idea outstanding service to us throughout the entire process. He continues to check our roof to this date.

Reggie was great. Had our roof replaced in 2022. It looks great and everything went perfectly. He kept in touch with me and responded promptly to an issue with one of the roof vents. He was always pleasant, and patient. We discussed solar, and he was honest with me that it was not economically advantageous for my situation. He suggested a whole house generator instead. If I could give 10 stars I would Thank you Reggie!!😍

Reggie Reed and his team were fast, efficient and easy to work with. Our roof was completed in one day, and included drone photos updating progress. Reggie was there every step of the way. On high Roofing company did an excellent job on my house. His team was at my house before daybreak. I went out to see if anyone needed coffee or anything to drink. They indicated they were good. They finish putting the roof on my house the same day. Once they finished, they cleaned up everything. I did not have to lift a finger. Thank you again On High Roofing!

If your roof is damaged by hail or strong winds, I would highly recommend to hire “From On High Roofing & Construction“ company to fix your roof. They not only do an excellent job using high quality materials, but most importantly, Reginald Reed (owner) walks you through the whole process. He negotiates with your insurance company to make sure you get maximum return from them so that your roof is fixed (or replaced) completely. I’m glad I found this company since there are many other roofing companies
